We offer you multiple package types that fit your every need. All packages may be adjusted to make your wedding day exactly to your liking.

 
 

Wedding Package Services Include

  • Develop and manage budget

  • Create website for event (additional fees apply)

  • Find and book venue space(s)

  • Find and book transportation to and from venue(s)

  • Find and book florist

  • Find and book catering/bar service

  • Find and book bakery

  • Find and book rentals/decor

  • Find and book DJ/band

  • Find and book entertainment

  • Create guest list

  • Design and send invitations

  • Find and book all vendors

  • Find and book photographer(s)/videographer(s)

  • Select and orchestrate guest favors

  • Find and book hair & makeup (if applicable)

  • Book hotel stays/room blocks for out of town guests

  • Design venue layout and select all decorations

  • Finalizing plans with all vendors

  • Create a timeline for a day of event schedule

  • Create event program (if requested)

  • Create seating chart, place cards, and decide on table settings

  • Confirm all final payments are made on time to all vendors

  • Meet with and call all vendors for event day details and timeline

  • Confirm final headcount with venue, caterer, and other vendors

  • Meet with vendors day-of event to review timeline

  • Collect and prepare tip for all vendors for the end of the event

  • Review venue BEOs and setup

  • Confirm setup and delivery schedules

  • Setup hours prior to event start time

  • Full management of the entire event day

  • Clean up and tear down hours after event end time
